Currently, the only flow of Course objects is to add a catalog course to the Toolbox and then drag from the toolbox to the Planner.
It would be easier for the user if they could drag directly from the Catalog into the Planner. This way users would have more flexibility when planning and can just use the Toolbox as "storage" space for courses they want to take but aren't 100% sure when.
