Add an update badge to the toolbar #79

  • Check for new builds when the app starts.
  • Show “New Update” or “N New Updates” in the toolbar.
  • Hide the badge when there is no update.
  • Keep it after a user skips a release.
  • Open Check for Updates when the badge is clicked.
  • Keep it on the right with a gray background and hover effect.
