[Feature Request] Add the option to assign a static IP to devices

To ensure that devices don't change their IPs on a network

A combined way

• assigning static IPs to devices where needed (GuitarAMI, T-Stick,..)

AND

• use DHCP reservations for other devices

Alternate way: configure the router to always assign the same IP to a specific device

Is this request to assign a static IP to the clients connecting to the puara-module ESP32, or to set a static IP on the ESP32 itself?
