The older posts are still accessible from being shared in my personal profile's feed, so it's super annoying they did that just for business profiles since I liked the feed/history/timeline/archive of evergreen quick snippet updates.
I really don't care for social media. Also, I had the email subscription forms on PTC for a while but only a couple subscribers would join each month which demotivated me from actually sending any emails to anyone at all—my point is that I don't know if people even care to subscribe.
Anyways, I've had this idea before to display a feed of quick/short posts (see #46 and #47) but these will actually be self-hosted and archived. We clearly need to own this data + maybe there's a better SEO benefit from it.
I always take long-form posts too seriously so I don't post them as often. It'd be nice to have a quick feed of PTC's business activity and maybe it could even be turned into a mailing list (like the WordPress Developer blog, WordCamp, or WordPress VIP's blog) which sends a weekly recap if anything new was posted—for the rare chance I do feel like talking more at some point in the future. 😅
