wish : ability to configure an alternative opentopomap server

Hello All!
I had this idea because tile loading may be slow sometimes, so I wanted to run my own server. But my main use of opentopomap is actually on android with OpenTopoMapViewer.
More recently, we learned that opentopomap.org tile server will go very soon (6/1/2026) in survival mode, and maybe without support for zoom > 13.

What would super nice is to be able to configure an alternative server, either being "public" (like openmaps.fr) or a "private" server.

I made a modification locally with a hardcoded option to use openmaps.fr/opentopomap, works great!
But I'm not familiar enough with git. Tried to create a pull request, but apparently I'm not authorized.
