Fix item rotation

Summary

Some items, such as PDA and welder, are 90 degrees off intended alignment when picked up in hand or put in the slot for PDA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn PDA or any other item with builder menu (on hotkey B)
2. Pick up the item
3. Put the PDA into a slot

Expected Behavior

PDA screen should face in the opposite directioin of the player; items should lay in a coherent manner in hands

Possible Solution

Check if models are facing the right direction in a 3D editing program
