Please rename all instances of "trainer" to "coach". Since this may have some side-effects, which seem pretty tricky (SQL-tables, variable names, etc. - pretty much the same as comments vs. notes), I'm issueing this instead of trying on my own. I hope that this is not too laborious...
Short explanation: while writing the paper, we had some discussions regarding the term "trainer" in the english language. Ultimately, "coach" is more suitable and common in sport science research and sport practice. "trainer" is a very german thing to say.
