Retrain SAPBert to the Babel synonym files specifically

This would be a good way to see how easy it is to customized SAPBert for particular vocabularies, and would allow us to set up a SAPBert instance geared specifically for the NCATS Translator use-case (i.e. to replace https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/NameResolution).
