Description
As a reminder, to prevent unforeseen problems with the GIT data collector I just want to note to read this page: https://developer.github.com/v3/#rate-limiting
In a nutshell, without authentication from one IP only 60 REST requests can be made by hour.
To see the number of remaining requests: https://api.github.com/rate_limit
