Get ipykernel and jupyterworking #5

Description

From Zeynep:

For the Jupyter install, I didn't do anything special. I just created a venv after sourcing the /cvmfs , installed ipykernel on it and opened the vscode as usual. On the vscode I selected the venv as the kernel.
It might be that I need to create or configure some additional files so the environment variables from /cvmfs are carried over properly into the Jupyter kernel.
