[Feature]: Add GPU-specific runtime estimates for RVS recipes to provide users with accurate total execution times.

Suggestion Description

We've been trying RVS test recipes on many different GPU models, it would be better to provide a list of estimated runtime for the default test recipes you provided for each GPU model, and document it so that users could refer to the estimation.
