RDAS build succeeded but stalled for over 20 minutes during the process

Somehow the RDAS build has stalled for over 20 minutes in the middle of the compile, as can be seen from the timestamps of the executables:

Need to check what is going on and what is causing this long stall.

Which machine? I just compiled it on Hera without problem.

@hu5970 The build succeeded, but at one step, it took more than 25 minutes to complete in my situation and I even think the build was dead. But it finally went through.

on Jet. As @guoqing-noaa commented, the compile was successful but it took 26 minutes from saber_quench_process_perts.x to the next one, ufo_crtm.x. Definitely something needing attentions.
