[Feature request] auto handling for errors in second argument

The idea is that currently, if you set error-like instances as the second argument, they are simply ignored, and we get an empty object in the logs. The idea is to try to process them somehow “under the hood” to show at least something, ideally if it is possible to create a mechanism for working with any instance.

Class Error is now automatically handled when provided as second parameter in version 5.6.0.

// Both options should automatically handle `Error` class.

try {
  throw new Error("Failed parsing provided JSON");
} catch (err: any) {
  logger.error("Unknown error", err);
}

try {
  throw new Error("Failed parsing provided TOML");
} catch (err: any) {
  logger.error("Unknown error", { error: err, test: "Other metadata" });
}

I will need more time to investigate if it's possible to automatically handle any instance.
