Dronecan update params optimization #122

Proposition to construct callback mechanisms for parameter update. Currently system is using polling technique, which with future scaling in parameters may become serious optimization problem.
Proposed steps to implement:

  • Research most popular existing projects like: PX4-Autopilot и ArduPilot
  • Considering future project scale and each technique tradeoff in complexity/efficiency come up to best solution and implement it
  • *At the end maybe provide some benchmark on system response time and lags on high frequencies to show that change was meaningful
