[FEATURE] Support cancellation of races

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Bahrain and Saudi races got cancelled in 2026 but there's no reflection of this in the API. This isn't the first time a race has been called off, and I'm sure it won't be the last - regardless of reason!

Describe the solution you'd like

• I guess either modify the race schedule to have null date/times like for a non-existent sprint race, and set 0 laps, or add a new cancelled field? Or both?
• Ideally skip these cancelled events for the /races/next API. They could be viewed in the year api.
• According to the F1 website, the round numbers have changed now (e.g. Miami is now R4/22 instead of R6/24) which is quite annoying! I would probably suggest not considering changing that.
