Is it possible to add a feature to allow ASH to calculate rate constants for any reaction? Since it interfaces with PySCF and can do NEB-CI, can it also incorporate calculating the reaction rate constant?

Calculating the rate constant essentially just involves plugging the reaction barrier into the Eyring equation or equivalent.
