Purge/skip "excuded_variants" on sync #1

You can see how process variants class does take excluded_variants into account: https://github.com/Rails-Designer/icons/blob/main/lib/icons/sync/process_variants.rb#L15
I do not think it would be easy to skip on git clone, but purging after the fact would be very well possible and fairly straight forward to do.
