commitable build failed

The very last commit to rakudo complains an executable can’t be built:

One before seems fine - other CI systems don’t have a problem with 21dd9921d

Perhaps some sort of resource issue on the mothership? Pinging @AlexDaniel just in case.

I did a readme-only commit at 9c5fc915f and that one built quickly and is fine. Good enough for blin, probably.
