Help, mouse Y axis problem

My mouse moves the line left and right on the X axis to draw a line is basically a straight line, the angle has not been changed, the default, but I use a ruler vertically to ensure verticality, it is a left diagonal line with an angle of about ten degrees. When I corrected the angle, the horizontal position was very offset, and I didn't know what to do. My mouse is a Logitech G502X.

Its sort of hard to understand what your saying.

The G502 as far as I know has some issues with the physical sensor being rotated which is the cause of your issue, using the angle correction in raw accel will fix the issue, or you can use raw accel angle snapping or G-Hub angle snapping.

You said that the issue was "the horizontal position was very offset", raw accel does not change the position of your mouse it only affects how it moves, you still have to move it. This does not seem like a raw accel issue and more of a user issue.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion that may have arisen due to my use of translation software. I am writing to report a persistent issue I've encountered with my Razer G502 X mouse.

During testing using Razer's official tools, I observed that horizontal movement requires minimal angle correction, typically within a range of 0.1 to 0.3 units, which is acceptable. However, I experience a significantly more pronounced discrepancy with vertical downward movement. The line drawn when pulling the mouse straight down feels not vertical at all.

To achieve even approximate vertical movement, I must exert intense concentration and force my hand downwards and towards the right. Unfortunately, this unnatural motion results in jerky and unstable vertical movement. Conversely, when I attempt a natural, subjectively straight vertical pull (as shown in the attached image), the actual trajectory deviates considerably.

For clarity:

The red line represents the true vertical path I achieved by guiding the mouse straight down with a ruler.
The black line shows the actual trajectory produced when I attempt a vertical downward pull using only my hand.
I am currently at a loss for how to resolve this. Within (G HUB), I confirmed that the G502 X lacks an angle snapping or angle correction feature specifically for vertical movement calibration. This led me to search for solutions, and I found your contact information.

DPI: 800
Polling Rate: 1000Hz

I am deeply troubled by this issue and have a significant concern: I worry that utilizing any third-party software to compensate for this vertical drift might be flagged as unauthorized mouse modification or cheating by PUBG's anti-cheat system (e.g., BattlEye).

The consistent leftward drift during vertical pulls is very frustrating. Could it be that my hand movement technique is fundamentally flawed? (Q.Q)

This is still unlikely a RawAccel bug. If you think it is a RawAccel bug, then disable RawAccel and see if the issue persists.

Moving forward, I am assuming that the issue is not a RawAccel bug.
The first thing I will say is that your mouse movement is always uniform. Imagine a Cartesian plane (a plane with a Y axis and an X axis, the standard plane you are probably familiar with). The issue seems to be that it has rotated by some amount, but if it rotates, the X axis and Y axis will be affected equally. So when you say that the X axis is manageable but the Y axis is not, it does not make much sense. If you repeat the same test on the X axis as you did on the Y axis, the line when moving your mouse horizontally should also be just as diagonal.

The reason I am pointing this out is that if this is not the case and the X axis behaves differently, I don't really know how to fix it other than buying a new mouse. But if the X axis is also rotated by an equal amount, your sensor is just rotated, which is fixable by using the angle rotation feature in RawAccel.

You can set the angle rotation by navigating to the RawAccel install directory, where there should be a Settings.json file. If this file is not there then you can run the program and hit apply, it should then appear. You can then change the mouse angle (I forget the name of the field off the top of my head) in the Settings.json file. After adjusting it until you get a straight line on both the Y axis and X axis, your problem should be solved.
