Update to 2026 reV supply curves

We're anticipating getting new wind and solar supply curves in the September; this issue is intended to track tasks associated with that process.

Tasks

• Copy over supply curves files to HPC (`/kfs2/shared-projects/reeds/Supply_Curve_Data)
  • The rev_paths.csv right now points to mix of original files and the copied ones; having the former is helpful for verifying the vintage, so it would be good to standardize to this
• Run hourlize
• Update files in ReEDS
• Upload new profiles to Zenodo
• Test runs
