feat: Rich Embeds

We can add rich embeds (unsure of the name) to multiple pages of the website

example:

Patches page:

• Without query, we can display:
  • number of patchable apps
  • total number of patches
• With app search query, we can display:
  • app icon
  • app name
  • package name
  • number of patches

Contributors:

• number of contributors
• the people with the most overall contributions(?)
