Toolbar Icons should reflect the main theme color #357
Description
Some (but not all) icons on toolbar buttons have hard coded color values that make them stick out especially with colored themes.

If a theme overrides menu text color, the icons should follow along - here with the theme Green over solid black, they only show the hardcoded white color for dark themes:
In this case, they should show up in the same green as the text.
