Improve unit tests

• Aim annotations should not overlap: Seen on ancient b retake utility, the text for the aim annotations overlap, but is not detected by the unit test to cover this.
• For "grenade" utility an "aim_target" annotation should ahve the same Title.Text as the 'parent' (The annotation where the Id matches the MasterNodeId)
• 'Tests for each file' should be updated to actual tests, and not tested for during the 'discovery phase' (tests should run in separate defs)
• MapAnnotation numbers should be sequentially numbered in increments of 1
