Revision log does not appear to be updating in the PDF

Latest version correctly shows Revision: 5 Aug 2026 but the last entry in the log is 30 Jun 2026. I see that the markdown source of the revision log has been updated so the issue must be somewhere in the publishing pipeline.

Maybe you have a stale PDF?

MD file has the 5 Aug revision

PDF has the 5 Aug revision

My mistake, I assumed the latest revision would be at the top of the list, not the bottom.
