GraphText uses Hydra configs under scripts/graphtext/config/. Entry scripts live in scripts/graphtext/ and pygfm/baseline_models/graphtext/.

Hydra overrides are listed under hydra_overrides in the wrapper YAML (see run_with_config.py).

python scripts/graphtext/run_icl.py exp=icl data=coraCopy scripts/graphtext/config/user/env.yaml.example → env.yaml and set openai_api_key / deepseek_api_key, or use environment variables. Do not commit real secrets.
