Use X-Debug-Token-Link to open profiler ~~Directly open profiler~~

Hi,,
Just discovered your extension and that's exactly what I was looking for.
However, I don't understand why you don't open the profiler directly: the X-Debug-Token-Link header is set by Symfony, so you don't have to ask the user for the "profiler URL".

When I started this extension, the X-Debug-Token-Link did not exist.
to make it work with this header I need to make some refactoring.
Choosing the profiler URL is a feature. For example, when you store your profile Data in a memcache centralized, i need to choose the profiler URL because none of my "Front Web Server" include the profiler bundle. I have a special one with a particular URL and Symfony does not recognize it !

Anyway, using the X-Debug-Token-Link will be included but i don't know when. I need some time to include it with proper options (disable it, follow it with automatically after 3 seconds ... )
