Suggestion - Automatic Dependency Generation

Forge mods appear to consistently contain their dependencies under <mod>.jar/META-INF/mods.toml

Should in theory be able to scan all the mods, their ids, and the ids' of their dependencies to automatically generate the depency checks

Probably don't worry about version matching? Seems more annoying and time consuming than it'd be worth
