Fix Navier-Stokes manufactured solution #4
Description
The current manufactured solutions code do not show second order convergence. This is in direct conflict with convergence results coming from the flat plate simulation which eventually does show second order convergence, pointing to the manufactured solution being incorrect and not the core solver.
