Are there any miRNA that have been previously described?

Well, I can't seem to find much info.

Two of the four differentially expressed miRNAs are newly predicted (i.e. no match in miRBase).

mir-190: Appears to have some roles in cancer, both as a tumor suppressor and oncogene. However, it might also play a role in in hypoxia response. All this information is in human and/or mammalian systems. (https://cancerci.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12935-019-0984-x)

miR-67-3p: No particular annotations. It's identification/structure have been identified in C.elegans in response to hypogylcemia. (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S2211926420301399)

So, that's all I've managed to find so far.
