Task Discovery Takes Too Long

Everytime metasim starts, it will discover all tasks in roboverse_pack/tasks. As the number of tasks increases, this time is now unacceptably long.

The problem is that current implementation register all tasks during import time. I suggest make task registration to be like dynamic loading

Is it easy to do dynamic loading as what you did in V1? Can you move the dynamic loading module to V2?
