Here we discuss the use of Toonz Premium and better understand how it fits into the larger scheme of Opentoonz usage.

One topic I personally want to explore is how we can better engage Digital Video and understand their goals and how they best fit with the Opentoonz community.

One potentially touchy subject I would personally like to see ironed out is how features can better flow back and forth from Opentoonz to Toonz Premium and back again. For some developers this a serious concern. Especially when features from Opentoonz appear in releases of Toonz Premium. For users they will want to know if some specific aspect of Toonz Premium meets a requirement they cannot meet with Opentoonz or other program.

The goal here being to promote the best of both opensource and commercial platforms and leverage the appropriate resources for production.

My personal hidden agenda? To discover how Opentoonz can gain the FX Transform/Translate node from Toonz Premium. ;)
