PRISM v2.3.0 is released. https://github.com/Ronkupper/PRISM/releases/tag/v2.3.0
A focused MINOR: it refines one Lens Library entry and bumps the embedded Library to v0.11.
LL-D-008 ("Compared to what?") — category-vs-audience substitution trap. The lens used to say "name rivals, substitutes, and do-nothing." In practice the common drift is to enumerate category-bounded rivals and call substitute analysis done. v0.11 names that trap in
failure_mode, andminimum_scope_bindingnow asks you to name the audience and the job first, then find the alternatives that serve that same audience-job pair — where a substitute can be a hardware device, a different workflow, or a do-nothing default, not just another product in the same category. Why it's a framework release. Default singleton-
PRISM.mdoperators get their Library from the embedded Appendix G copy. Shipping the refinement as v2.3.0 (embedding Lens Library v0.11) means they get the fix without attaching a standalone Library. The standalone is also taggedprism-lens-v0.11.No behavior break, no schema change, same 23 lenses — additive posture-facilitation.
Worth reporting back (Ideas): this is the lens's first calibration-driven revision and it's still pre-release. If audience-first framing catches a substitute you'd otherwise have missed — or if it feels like friction — that's the signal that moves the Library toward v1.0.
