PRISM v2.4.0 is live — a MINOR over v2.3.1.
What changed. The single reserved
execution_modeSetup flag is retired and replaced by three orthogonal axes, each a closed validated enum:single_chat·projects·coworkmanual·auto_drive(reserved; gated tocowork)ephemeral·repo_backedThe default cell (
single_chat/manual/ephemeral) reproduces v2.0 behavior exactly — nothing changes for existing runs. The triple execution contract (Envelope · Self-check · Output) is unchanged; the axes sit above it. SP-15 (Triangulation integrity) gains the auto-drive boundary (N distinct vendor apps = triangulation; single-vendor sub-agent fan-out ≠ triangulation), and the Cowork surface capability set is documented as an open set.Release: https://github.com/Ronkupper/PRISM/releases/tag/v2.4.0
Surface-drift map: Appendix D in
PRISM.md.Cowork mode, repo-backed mechanics, and auto-drive skills are downstream items this schema unblocks — each ships on its own. If the SP-15 auto-drive boundary feels ambiguous in a real cross-vendor run, report it back here.
