Group chat: Plan mode can not be exited

I tried to use Group chat to get 2 projects in different folders to coordinate, e.g. implement a client project calling an api in a server project.

However the eye 👁️ button doesn't allow leaving the plan mode so neither the moderator or the participants can create any files / specs etc.

I am using open code as an agent.
