RFC-1: Switch to better-sqlite3

Currently we use node:sqlite and soon will dynamically swap to bun:sqlite. However this introduces to maintenance paths and long term complexity. A migration to better-sqlite3 is considered before we get to 1.0. Thoughts? Concerns?

Im personally usuallt using postgresql but whatever works?

Im not that big of a db expert. Up until AI I ALWAYS just used MySQL 😜

I also use postgresql on all my projects, there is pglite which is easy to install, eg its used in gbrain
