Region & Age stratification

Setup a criterion for sampling such that the proportions of people in each of the age-groups and geographical denominations (cells) included in the epiabm individuals reporter outputs are preserved.

• Use EpiGeoPop to get geographical densities d.
• Get age-group densities a.
• Reject sampled individual if you already have more than Nd people in that region / more than Na in that age-group.
