Same individuals throughout VS Different Sample at each Timestep

We would like to be able to run regimes under two scenarios:

• Sample N individuals at the first tilmestep and than call their infectious statuses at all timepoints the survey is run for;
• At each timepoints of the survey, a new sample of N individuals (not necessarily disjoint) is sampled and their infectious statuses at that timepoints are called.
