Axion file conversion

Hi,

Thank you for making the full file available. I had some trouble converting the Axion .raw files to .mat and .csv and noticed a few issues in the code. I revised several lines related to the file parsing and export steps, and I’d be happy to share those changes.

Would you prefer that I send you the revised code directly for review, or should I go ahead and fork the repository and submit a pull request?

Hi! Many thanks for spotting this and coming up with a fix! Can you let me know what the issues are which version of Axion you were using? In the past I have experienced issues with the conversion code not working properly depending on the Axion version, and just want to check that the revised code will also work for all versions of Axion files, so it will be helpful if you can send me the code directly and I will check that it works for all previous axion files before pushing it. Thanks a lot!
