There’s currently no dedicated section in the repository for Quantum Computing resources.
A structured learning path would help learners understand core quantum concepts and gain practical experience using free, beginner-friendly materials.

Proposed Solution
Create a new markdown file titled QuantumComputing.md that includes:

-A tiered learning path (Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced)
-Free learning resources
-Project ideas
-Community and research resources
-quantum computing tools
