Governance & GitHub Mastery - [ ] **Scrum/Agile Fully Implemented:** Sprint cycles, Scrum ceremonies, and defined team roles are actively being used. - [ ] **GitHub Mastery Achieved:** Branching strategy is defined/in use, and PR/Issue templates are fully integrated into the workflow. - [ ] **Board Maintained:** The Scrum board actively reflects project status and is up-to-date. --- ## 3. TSF Compliance - [ ] **TSF Requirements Defined:** Initial software requirements are clearly defined and documented. - [ ] **Traceability Established:** The traceability matrix/links between requirements, architecture, and test cases are created. --- ## 4. GenAI Readiness - [ ] **GenAI Integration Complete:** The human/AI pair programming model is defined, and the Pull Request Template has been updated to include the mandatory AI Code Review Sign-off section.
