In the German Regcheck project ( CCCEV-AP.de) we have the need to store additional metadata about evidences, here: the existance of an URL pointing to an (Jon Doe / Erika Mustermann) exemple of the evidence.
Sometimes evidence types can be given even more context by describing them with exemplary data.
e.g the German Personenstandsverordnung (Implementing Act on civil registers) contains an URL to an exemplary "Certificate of Birth" https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/normengrafiken/bgbl1_2022/j1744-1_0130.pdf
The national project on the digitalisation of German evidences in the education sector(XBildung) is another place, where such examples are explicitly gathered and hosted under a stable URI for standardisation purpose:

The need for storing such an URI was also discussed in the EU OOTS Subgroup map discussions and was asked for as metadata in the CSAdmin tool and as clickable links in the evidence explorer.
In recent BRegDCAT-AP the property to store such a link towards an example might be solved using the adms:sample or accessURL property.
As we do not currently have ADMS in CCCEV, I suggest to add such a property exampleURI at the EvidenceType class in next CCCEV-AP.
The intention is to be able to use it in subsequent standard implementation, such as the EU OOTS TDDs of the future. In doing so, one time the EU OOTS evidence explorer might show the richness and plurality of evidences in all over Europe. This would greatly support the future standardisation work of extracting information concepts out of national evidences and mapping them to pan-european agreed EU OOTS procedural requirements.
