LDES Streams should indicate the LDES version

The major version the LDES spec a LDES stream is compatible with must be indicated on the stream to help the client determine which version is being used.
This will help in the future when a major version would be required.
Without version indication 0.x should be assumed.
something like ldes:specVersion "1" ?

I’m not a big fan of this: we should always remain in 1.0. If we really need a 2.0, then we can include version numbers.

Giving the plans for 2026, maybe it is a good idea to already define how to specify this inside an LDES
