Create some initial issues for Kanban board

As a developer or product manager, I should be able to view all the issues currently being worked on and that need to be assigned.

We have been using a less formal tracking mechanism and should keep it all in one place on here as a GitHub Project.

Let's migrate at least ten issues into our Project board on here.

Acceptance Criteria:
Creation of ten issues and subsequent placement onto Project Kanban board.

When creating these issues, we should follow a standard template such as User Story format with estimation via story points and use of labels for organizing.
