Maybe we should document this on the wiki...

Steps taken:

1. doctor -i README.md -t "FDOP Guide" -a UA-36803360-1 -g https://github.com/SLUGIS/FDOP --logo http://slu.s3.amazonaws.com/logos/slo_co_fire_fdop_t.png
2. edit doctor.css > change the height parameter for logo

from

a.brand{background-repeat:no-repeat;background-position:8px center;height:40px;

to

a.brand{background-repeat:no-repeat;background-position:8px center;height:100px; for the custom logo
