Voting appears success, even if internet fails

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit voting page for a team
2. Disable internet or server
3. Submit the vote
4. Observe that the voting still appears as success

Expected result: Vote is not saved and there should be a message indicating so.

The problem is occurred because, i force the code to show the successful message after the submit button is clicked. I will fix that soon.
