Pain

Enable SophieBot to answer queries about which employees use a specific operating system (e.g., Windows, macOS). The solution should leverage CRM user records, specifically the Device records associated with each user, where the operating system is stored. Additionally, coordinate with the CRM team to add Linux and iPadOS as selectable operating system values, as these are currently missing. CC Luke on this PBI.

Acceptance Criteria

1. SophieBot can answer natural language queries such as 'Who is using Windows?' or 'Who uses macOS?'
2. SophieBot retrieves operating system information from CRM user Device records
3. Query results include all users associated with the requested operating system
4. Linux and iPadOS are available as selectable operating system values in the CRM
5. SophieBot correctly handles queries for Linux and iPadOS once available in CRM
6. No regression to existing SophieBot query functionality
