Update the SSW homepage with a series of UX, content, typography, spacing, and footer refinements based on stakeholder feedback. Improvements include updating wording and number formatting, reducing the size of the red feature cards, improving CTA readability, clarifying clickable areas, replacing the misleading SSW squares social icon, ensuring consistent US English spelling and typography, adding missing hover states, correcting footer spacing/alignment issues, and considering restoration of the last commit link and Sina logo.
Acceptance Criteria
COPY - Update homepage copy to use numeric digits instead of words where appropriate (e.g. change 'three decades' to '30+ years').
UI - Reduce the size/aspect ratio of the three red homepage cards and ensure the layout remains visually balanced and responsive.
COPY - Rename the section title from 'difference' to 'SSW Advantage'.
COPY/UI - Simplify the gray supporting text under statistics so each item uses a single concise sentence without duplicated messaging.
UX - Remove the SSW squares icon used as a social/profile link if it appears misleading or Microsoft-related.
UX - Add a GitHub icon where appropriate and keep the profile card area clickable.
UX - Improve clarity of clickable regions within profile cards so hover/click behavior is visually consistent.
UI - Ensure typography is consistent across the homepage (see "Trusted & Recognised" heading).
COPY (check with Adam since we have SSW Global now) - Review all homepage text for Australian vs US English consistency and apply the correct variant intentionally.
UI/UX - Add visible hover states to the region accordion link rows/interactive list items.
UI - Remove the bottom border from the final item in the relevant list section.
UI - Fix inconsistent vertical spacing around footer headings caused by heading margins. Ensure footer spacing above and below navigation sections is visually balanced.

COPY EXTRA (not in the video) - change the button label from "More SSW People" to "See All SSW People"
