Description

Create a RULES_GERMANY.md file with Germany/Austria/Switzerland (DACH) specific CV and job market rules.

What to include

• German CV conventions (Lebenslauf vs. CV, photo expectations, Bewerbungsfoto)
• Standard CV length and format in DACH
• Language expectations and certificate levels (B2, C1)
• Key portals (StepStone, Xing, LinkedIn, Arbeitsagentur)
• Salary transparency and 13. Monatsgehalt / Tarifvertrag
• Differences from US/UK CVs (personal details, date format, handwritten signature)
• Probation period (Probezeit) and notice period (Kündigungsfrist) norms

How to contribute

1. Fork the repo
2. Create RULES_GERMANY.md in the project root
3. Follow the structure of existing rule files
