Account settings crashes console

Title. Upon choosing "Change User Information" from Wii U Menu, the console crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into a user with a linked SNID
2. Press the Mii icon in the top left
3. Choose Change User Information
4. Enter your password
5. Wait until it loads and crashes

Some progress? Fixed the CDN URL and now we hear a split second loading audio while it's saying Use the Wii U GamePad to continue.
