Screen Recording permission keeps asking even after granting access on macOS

Description:
After granting Screen Recording permission to Screen Scribe in System Preferences > Security & Privacy, the application continues to request the same permission repeatedly. The permission appears to be enabled in system settings, but the app doesn't recognize it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Screen Scribe on macOS (version: sequoia)
2. Grant Screen Recording permission when prompted
3. Restart the application
4. Permission prompt appears again despite being enabled in System Preferences

Hey @cradesto @ssbodda @Jakob-SD — a fix for this has been pushed in PR #14. The issue was that macOS Sequoia/Tahoe's permission APIs can return false negatives and transient errors, causing the app to repeatedly show the permission dialog.

Could you test the fix? You can either:

• Build from the fix/issue-12-permission-reprompt branch
• Or wait for the next release
